Eligibility
The KBBFocus Awards is open to any industry professional in the appropriate categories. PR companies entering on behalf of a client must disclose their authorised position.

Submissions
There is no restriction on number of submissions, and there is no restriction on the number of application forms submitted by any one company.
Original Work
By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants that it is his/her original work for the retail and installation categories and that they and KBBFocus have permission to publish the material.
All projects and products entered must not be more than 12 months old at the moment of submission.
Submission Process
Please complete the online form. For each submission you will need to submit text and a maximum of three images as follows: The text should be no more than 300 words which clearly include your company name, with a description for your project/product. This should include details of the original brief; the process undertaken and the tools and techniques used. The images will also need to be supplied separately in accordance with the Image Specification. The images should be no larger than 1.5MB.
Image Specification:
JPEG or PNG images
Recommended size between 1920-2500px wide (landscape), less than 1.5MB file size
Judging
A panel of judges, representing a broad range of design skills and connections, will be chaired by KBBFocus editor Emma Hedges and choose the winning entries during the month of October 2024. Judges’ decisions are final and confidential.
Announcing the Winner
The winners will be announced and presented with their award during a ceremony hosted at the designated location.
Winner’s Obligations
The winners must agree that KBBFocus has the rights to use the submission in any publication, including its website(s), marketing material, and press.
The winners must provide a publication-quality headshot and company logo.
The winning entries may be displayed at events and trade shows.
Accuracy and Copyrights
Information provided on the official entry form may appear on the KBBFocus.com website.
KBBFocus is not responsible for incorrect information provided on entry forms that misrepresents the copyright of original ownership of ideas. KBBFocus assumes that all entries are original and are the works and property of the entrant, with all rights granted there-in. KBBFocus is not liable for violations of any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, claims of copyright, trademark, patent infringement, defamation, trade secrets, or trade dress on the part of the entrant.
KBBFocus assumes that all images provided with entries are free of any third-party rights. The entrant may submit images that are works for hire for an employer only if the entrant has secured written permission for the submitted image(s) to appear future on the KBBFocus website.
KBBFocus reserves the right to move the received entries into a different category.
By entering this competition you agree to abide by these rules and you warrant and represent that (i) your entry is your original work, (ii) you have sufficient rights to the material you are submitting, (iii) these rights have been legally obtained and created, and (iv) publication of the material via various media will not infringe on any third party rights, including without limitation contractual rights, intellectual property rights, publicity and privacy rights, and rights against libel, defamation, and slander.
By entering this competition and accepting an Award, you grant KBBFocus the right to edit, publish, promote, and otherwise use your entry and either as submitted or in edited form without further permission, notice, or compensation, including but not limited to any publication and the KBBFocus website and on the World Wide Web. KBBFocus reserves the right to forward the entrant’s details onto Awards sponsors and partners. KBBFocus reserves the right to change the T&C’s at any time without further notice.
